WORKING TOGETHER

Your business owns
the decisions.

The engagement makes the workflow and the responsibilities clear before implementation commitments grow.

  1. Establish the operating question

Identify the product, workflow, sponsor and decision that needs to be made. Agree whether RWA Link is the right support.

  2. Define the paid scope

Set the included work, inputs, deliverables, fee, named delivery roles and acceptance criteria. Confirm the information-sharing arrangements.

  3. Work with the operating owners

Use documented evidence and the client’s relevant specialists. Record assumptions, responsibilities and missing inputs.

  4. Make a stage decision

Review what the evidence supports. Proceed, change the route or pause. Scope the next stage separately.

  5. Implement and hand over

For an implementation mandate, agree work packages, tests, acceptance and the transfer to operating owners before delivery begins.

Technology and provider selection.

We compare providers against the actual requirements: instrument support, interfaces, record model, security evidence, operating responsibilities, commercial terms and exit arrangements.

The client normally contracts directly for critical infrastructure, legal advice and regulated services. RWA Link coordinates the agreed selection and integration work. Any subcontracting, referral compensation or other relevant interest is disclosed.

Owning a capability means understanding and controlling the agreed operating responsibilities. It does not automatically mean owning a provider’s software or intellectual property.
