03 / IMPLEMENTATION
Take the design
into operation.
Coordinate a defined implementation across your team, the technology providers and the service partners responsible for the workflow.
Named work.
Named responsibility.
We scope implementation around an approved architecture, funded work packages and confirmed provider capacity. The proposal identifies who builds each component, who reviews it, who accepts it and who will operate it.
Daniel leads the agreed operating and coordination work. Technical specialists and developers are named for the engagement. Client and provider responsibilities remain explicit.
What the mandate can include
- Implementation planning and coordination of agreed work packages.
- Requirements clarification and change control.
- Configuration or integration by the named technical supplier.
- Coordination of normal, failed and exception-path tests.
- Evidence for client acceptance and separately required specialist approvals.
- Operating procedures, training and an agreed handover.
The statement of work defines the actual included tasks. No production deployment, custody, payment execution or ongoing support is implied by a general implementation proposal.
Handover is part of the design.
We establish who takes responsibility after delivery, which records and configuration documents the client receives, and how unresolved issues will be managed.
Any period of support after handover has an explicit duration, service window, fee and end point. Infrastructure licences and operating services use their own agreed contracts.
