ILLUSTRATIVE OUTPUT / NO CLIENT DATA

What a usable
route decision looks like.

A shortened fictional example of the first engagement’s output. It demonstrates the format, not a completed client project or a technical recommendation for your product.

The operating question

A fictional private-market manager has an existing professional-investor product. It wants to assess a digital subscription journey while retaining its administrator and bank. The example assumes a conventional bank payment and an administrator-maintained investment register. These are scenario assumptions, not legal conclusions.

Decision areaIllustrative findingOwner / next evidence
Business objectiveReduce repeated data entry in one subscription workflow; baseline not yet measured.COO / process sample and time baseline
Authoritative recordProposed retention of administrator record; token relationship unresolved.Administrator and counsel / written record model
PaymentBank transfer and manual reconciliation retained for the first scope.Bank and operations / reconciliation procedure
Technology optionsHosted investor workflow versus custom interface on specialist infrastructure.Technical owner / documented interfaces and quotes

Two routes, the same questions

A. Hosted workflow

Potentially uses more provider components. Confirm product fit, data rights, administrator interface, branding limits and operating scope. Setup effort and ongoing fees remain unquoted.

B. Client interface

Potentially gives the client more control over the investor experience. Requires a named development and support owner. API availability, security review, integration cost and long-term maintenance remain unconfirmed.

Conditions before the next commitment

  1. Agree the legal and operational relationship between the investment register and token record.
  2. Confirm the administrator’s supported interface and participation.
  3. Measure the existing workflow before promising an efficiency gain.
  4. Obtain comparable provider scopes, fees and data terms.
  5. Name the architect, reviewer and receiving operating owner.

No route is preferred simply because it uses more blockchain. The next scope should resolve the dependencies that materially affect the decision.

The real deliverable goes further.

Your pack includes the maps, evidence references, responsibilities, comparison and decision rationale for the agreed scope. It leaves a record your management team can revisit as the evidence changes.
